Ingredients
• 1 cup filtered water
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp Cell Squared Gelatin Powder
• 1-2 Tbsp raw honey
• 1 tsp ginger powder
Method
1. Add the gelatin to a small saucepan, add in the water and mix together. Let this sit for a minute to allow the gelatin to bloom and thicken.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the saucepan.
3. Heat the mix on a low heat and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
4. Remove from the heat and mix in the honey.
5. Pour into a lined container (or moulds) and place into the fridge to set.
6. Slice into squares (or pop the gummies out of their moulds).
7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
8. Turn into tea by adding a few gummies into a mug with boiling water.
