Paleo Gluten Free Apple Crumble

Weening off sugar and feeling like a sweet treat that you can feel good about indulging in? This quick and simple Paleo Apple Crumble is a super easy treat to whip up when those sugar cravings hit!

Ingredients

APPLE FILLING

1 Green Apple

1 Tbsp Cell Squared Ghee

2 Drops of liquid stevia

 

CRUMBLE

2 Tbsp almond meal

1 Tbsp coconut

1 Tbsp tahini

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Drops of liquid stevia

 

Method

APPLE FILLING

  1. Fry all the ingredients in a fry pan on medium heat until the apples are browned and caramelised.

 

CRUMBLE

  1. Pre-heat over to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper.
  3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix with a fork until a crumble is formed. Spread the crumble mixture evenly onto the tray and bake for approx 7 minutes or until browned.
  4. Serve in your favourite jar or bowl.
