INTERNAL DETOX ELIXIR
+ Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon into water and drink once per day (suggest starting with ½ teaspoon for the first few uses)
+ For ease of mixing, sprinkle clay into water gradually
+ Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning
+ Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to assist with flushing toxins
+ Continue each day for 2-3 weeks for acute detoxification. Maintain after with 1-2 servings per week
FACE MASK
(Best for evening application)
+ Mix 1 tablespoon with water
+ For ease of mixing, sprinkle clay into water gradually
+ Apply to face and neck using either a brush or your fingers, avoiding the delicate eye area
+ Leave on for 10mins and then remove with a damp washcloth (For sensitive skin, remove just before it dries)
+ Pat dry and follow with moisturiser
