Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
- 1/2 pomegranate, arils removed
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Cell Squared collagen powder
- 2 Cell Squared beef liver and spleen capsules
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced
Method
- In a medium bowl, mash avocados until desired consistency is reached.
- Add lime juice, sea salt, cayenne pepper, collagen powder, and contents of beef liver and spleen capsules. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Fold in chopped coriander and diced jalapeño.
- Gently stir in half of the pomegranate arils, being careful not to crush them.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining pomegranate arils, fresh coriander leaves, and jalapeño slices.
