Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mash avocados until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Add lime juice, sea salt, cayenne pepper, collagen powder, and contents of beef liver and spleen capsules. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Fold in chopped coriander and diced jalapeño.
  4. Gently stir in half of the pomegranate arils, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining pomegranate arils, fresh coriander leaves, and jalapeño slices.
