This contains high-quality fats from full-fat yoghurt and protein from our collagen peptides that help to stabilise your blood sugar and keep you feeling fuller for longer. This bowl works perfectly for a light breakfast, snack or even as an after-dinner treat.

Ingredients
1 cup plain, additive free dairy yoghurt or thick coconut yoghurt
2-3 organic strawberries, quartered
¼ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
A drizzle of raw honey

Method
Add the yoghurt and collagen into a bowl and mix together until combined.

Add the fruit and drizzle the honey over the top.
