Yoghurt Collagen Bowl with Beef Liver

Ingredients


  • 1 cup plain, additive free dairy yoghurt or thick coconut yoghurt 

  • 2 Tbsp Cell Squared’s Collagen Peptides

  • 2-3 organic strawberries, quartered

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries

  • A drizzle of raw honey

Method


  1. Add the yoghurt and collagen into a bowl and mix together until combined.

  3. Add the fruit and drizzle the honey over the top.
